Be a part of something BIG – Volunteer! Select the committee that is of interest to you. Committee meetings will begin in September. Once you make your selection, you will be contacted by that committee’s administrator.
All Committees meet prior to the Festival, once and/or twice per month, starting in September.
Recommend and assist with sponsorship applications and grant writing. Generate and distribute sponsorship packets. Meet, greet and ensure sponsors are comfortable while attending signature events. Connect with sponsors after January events for critiques and send "Thank you" communications.
Assist with Signature events planning and sub-committees; attend selected events for set up and break down. Coordinate with marketing and logistics for event needs.
Assist with posting on all social media platforms, creating content; analytics reporting, virtual and physical community engagement; calendar listings; collaborating with videographer and photographer and onsite media. Pre and onsite interviews (TV, radio, digital, print, surveys, etc.)
Responsible for all things logistical for Signature/Partner events, to include pre and onsite set ups; break downs; signage, deliverables, etc.
Register and volunteer for selected Signature/Partner events in January. Group registration welcome with one submission.
Assigned to coordinate with Marketing, Logistics and other festival needs, as assigned by Volunteer Committee coordinator(s).
