Get Your Community Events Listed!
- Newsletters will be distributed between the 8th and 10th of the month. Information must be received by the 5th of each month to be posted the following month. Events occurring in May, should be received no later than April 5th. If your Event occurs before the 5th of the month, please submit by the 5th two months prior to the Event (example – Event occurs May 1st – 10th, submit by March 5th, for April posting).
- Due to space limitations in the newsletter and on the “In The Community” section of our website, ALL Event submissions may not get posted. TBBHF reserves the right to decide what Events will be posted.
- Flyers and/or Images can be submitted in jpg, png, pdf, gif, ai, eps, tiff or psd format. Please send high resolution images to insure the best possible placement. File size can not exceed 10mb. Multiple files can be uploaded to help in the layout process. However, only one image will be selected.
- Please be sure to include all information pertinent to your event, including link to website, if applicable, email addresses and contact person information.
- TBBHF will not be responsible for answering any questions for your event.
