Youth Day with Brother Ben X


The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festivals hosts the 2018 youth entrepreneur explosion, “Business Leaders Igniting a New Generation” (BLING) on January 20, 2018. This is a a one-day youth entrepreneur summit and community expo.  Local young entrepreneurs who go above and beyond to inspire, motivate and bring hope to the youth of our community will be featured. Attendees will enjoy great entertainment while learning  about black history and other cultures from around the world.

The summit will feature the Black History Virtual Tour, community youth program vendors, and entertainment, including the Tampa Chapter of the NAACP Youth Council, Hillsborough Community College, spoken word artists, DJ Cotton, a modern show, and African dancers. Prizes and food will be provided for guests.

Guest Speaker: Brother Ben X

Brother Ben XBrother Ben X is an internet personality.  He is widely known for his self-titled YouTube channel that has over 17 million views. He is paid for the content he provides on YouTube. His channel features news, skits, documentaries and interviews. His works has been seen on WordStar Hip Hop and Sway Calloway’s, “Sway in the Morning.” Brother Ben X is also an entrepreneur with his own news network, “BBX News” and Video Production Company, “Original Man Visions.” He has made numerous guest appearances on radio shows such as the award winning, “Queen Silvy Show,” “On Purpose with Vicki,” and “SqBiz Radio.” Brother Ben X has a philanthropy spirit; he gives back to the community by mentoring the youth and provides useful information to black community.

12:00 – 1:00pm: Tampa’s Black History, NAACP Youth Council entertainment and community youth programs.

1:00 – 3:00pm: Fashion show from three of Tampa’s very own designers, and youth entrepreneur speakers (YouTube content creators, motivational speakers, owners of online businesses, inventors, and a stock market trader) who will spark you with knowledge and ideas for the future.

3:00 to 4:00pm: Networking
